6:30-8:00am Sundays

Dec 10, 17, 24; 

Jan 14, 21, 28; 

Feb 4, 11, 18; 

Mar 3, 10, 17, 24

Cost: Tri club paid coaching, individuals responsible for lap swim fee.

NOTE: -$52 check on Dec 10 covers all swims, online waiver required prior to first swim

-$6 per swim if not paying Dec-Mar 1 time fee, waiver still required.

-No additional fee for individuals on lap swim or masters already plan.

Gear: flippers, kickboards and pull buoys will be used. Bring your own OR use what’s at the pool!
